ANN ARBOR, MI — Ann Arbor is planning improvements to State and Hill streets near the University of Michigan campus, including a new two-way protected bikeway.
City Council voted unanimously this week to OK a $449,034 engineering design contract with Wade Trim Associates Inc. for what city officials are calling the State and Hill Streets Improvements Project, a composite of several projects identified in the city’s capital improvement plan.
