A handful of autumn street fairs are lined up this month, which means the streets of the Upper West Side will be lined with gyros, beaded necklaces, bounce houses and more. Approximately 400 vendors are expected to participate in each street fair.
Here’s the lineup, whether you aim to attend or take an alternate driving route:
West Side Broadway Festival
Sunday, October 10 from 10am to 6pm
West side of Broadway from 72nd to 82nd Streets
Upper Broadway Harvest Festival
Sunday, October 17 from 10am to 6pm
West side of Broadway from 96th to 106th Streets
Broadway Fall Fair
Sunday, October 24 from 10am to 6pm
West side of Broadway from 86th to 96th Streets
Amsterdam Avenue Festival
Saturday, October 30 from 10am to 6pm
Amsterdam Avenue from 79th to 86th Streets
There’s also a PopUp NY event taking place from 10am to 6pm on October 10 at 72nd and Broadway. The event website is here, though it doesn’t reveal much. We’ve reached out to @popupny for more info.
