VICTORIA, Texas – Starting Tuesday, July 6, Nueces Street will be closed to eastbound traffic from Goldman Street to East Street for two weeks, weather permitting, as part of the $1,069,850 North Heights utility replacement project Phase VII. The road will be closed so that utilities can be installed.
All businesses and homes in the construction zone will remain accessible, and through traffic can avoid delays by seeking alternate routes.
