Beaver Street at Edgewood closed by gas leak - WJXT News4JAX

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Police closed West Beaver Street and Edgewood Avenue North on Friday morning after firefighters measured high levels of natural gas in the area.

Jacksonville Fire-Rescue called TECO People Gas to try and find the source of the gas and make repairs.

No other information about the lead was released but roads in the area reopened a couple hours later.
