After a car rollover on the 800 block of S. Cleveland Avenue was caught on a home security video in December, Arlington Heights residents living west of Melas Park hoped the footage would finally shock village officials into taking action to curb speeding on the street.
On Monday, village officials responded by establishing a 25 mph speed limit for the street -- a street which has already had 25 mph speed limit signs posted for years.
